Due to technical difficulties experienced with our point-of-sale machine, some VISA and MasterCard transactions have appeared in duplicate on purchaser’s statements. We have contacted our point-of-sale provider and they have assured us that the duplicate transaction will automatically be reversed on the affected accounts within 5-10 business days. The card providers can also be contacted to confirm that the transaction will be credited back and to provide an anticipated date of the reversal.
